Wiley Valentine News + Sneak Peek
There is a lot of exciting things going on over at the WV. I wanted to give you a little sneak peek at the newest release coming soon.

Be careful what you wish for…
I have a new obsession. There seems to be a pattern in my favorite illustrations, and now a new movie with the same vibe. It's this slightly haunted, almost Tim Burton like feel that has now become a movie. The movie, Coraline, is a stop motion movie, which is a paint staking, hand made process that took 3 years to make! I am shamed to admit I have not seen it yet, however I do have plans to see the 3-d version this weekend!

Abbot Kinney Gems
To continue coverage from our First Friday on Abbot Kinney, we visited The Stronghold. Stronghold jeans was founded in 1895. It was reopened after being closed for over 50 years by Michael Paradise and Michael Cassell. They really made it a point to keep the authenticity of the brand, keeping all production in the US, as well as only selling brands that have been operating pre-WWII!
