This past friday the lovely ladies of 100 layer cake, parcel post and oh, hello friend hosted a fabulous event at Urbanic Paper Boutique. It was filled with cupcakes, wine, food and lots of fellow bloggers. I thought I would share a few snippets from the event.

True Love by the Sea
I think there was a point when beach weddings became cliché. It just seemed like they all started looking the same, and they lacked originality. But lately there is this resurgence of beach weddings that are anything but mundane. I am absolutely loving this ethereal, subtle elegance that these photos evoke. They are totally original and absolutely stunning!

Things that are making me smile
Here are a few things I thought I would share that are making me smile lately.
Weddings at the Peace Barn in northern California. I mean really, how great is this!? The first photos are from Silvana di Franco. The other wedding photos are from the amazingly talented Meg Smith. I can't quite recall where the chair came from, but its pretty great!!
