Hot off the Press {stir sticks and sewing}

We have been hard at work over here on all sorts of fun creations, so I thought I would share with you a few of the latest. We had the pleasure of working with the amazing ladies of Zura Health to create these ultra modern business cards. We used a color palette of dusty rose and charcoal grey and hand letterpress on ultra luxe cotton paper. The results were pretty drool worthy. We love working with alternative materials like acrylic, leather and fabric. It’s a nice break from all the paper and  I love thinking outside the box. These stir sticks were created from custom calligraphy we had done, such a great touch for this wedding. One of my very favorite projects as of late was this hand calligraphed, custom letterpress invitation using handmade torn edge paper and handmade envelopes, custom wax seal, metallic thread and vintage stamps. Seriously all the details that make up this tiny package are so spot on. For the same wedding that we created those stir sticks for, we also letterpress these fabulous programs in a crisp black. Finally a peak at a very special save the date we did which involved handmade paper, an ultra thick navy backer and hand stitching in pewter metallic. Yes please!
