I have been wanting to try breakfast pops for a while now, and with it being summer now, this was the perfect opportunity to try it. I have to say I did envision them with a granola dip which did not really work, the granola doesn’t really stick to the pops. I think next time I might dip them in a bit of yogurt and then sprinkle with granola. See how that turns out. But still they were a huge hit. Piper loved them, and it’s a great way to get your kids to eat their veggies. Enjoy!
