Home for the Holidays Party

I thought it would be fun to share a quick snapshot of our Wiley Valentine holiday party. Wendy, Emily’s mom, graciously hosted us at her gorgeous home (which she hosts weddings at FYI! amazing property). Our party had a sort of “Home for the Holidays” feel complete with a home cooked meal by my husband who (lucky me) happens to be an amazing cook! The menu included the most amazing lasagna, cheesy garlic bread, and a salad with a homemade creamy garlic dressing. Yum!

I made my new favorite drink I have named “raspberry, blackberry vanilla fizz” (the name’s a bit long, I might need to work on that!). But long name aside this is hands down my favorite new cocktail or mocktail. It’s sure to a be a hit and perfect for you brides looking for a signature cocktail. I also made some parmesan crisps with red pepper bean dip to munch on during the cocktail hour.

I adore how Wendy and Emily set the table with mix and match vintage silver. The details on those are to die for! Jarvis, our shop dog, was definitely a party animal. And don’t forget the fabulous tarts my hubby made, crust from scratch and everything! They were fabulous!
