Ok so from the moment I heard the name I was smitten, Sweet and Saucy! So cute! But seriously take a look at Melody’s adorable pastry shop, located in Long Beach, and you will see what I mean. Melody has a love for mini desserts, which I have to say are not only fabulous but truly unique.
This is a girl with style and amazing design sense, combine that with a formally trained, passionate pastry chef and you have a winning combo! Melody, owner and former teacher, decided to follow her dreams and become a pastry chef. This is something I really have a weak spot for, and its so clear when you follow your dreams, you can accomplish greatness! I love that Melody not only pays attention to the taste of what she is creating but also the style and design and she will not compromise on either. Brilliance!

I have not had the pleasure of tasting her delicious goodies yet, however we do have a Wiley Valentine office field trip in the works, so stay tuned!
