My sweet husband bought me these vintage Alice in Wonderland + Through the Looking Glass books for the holidays last year. There is just something about old books that makes me so excited! The details on the spine, the typography, and oh those illustrations. There is nothing like it. I wish I had a huge room filled with old books like these to peruse and get inspired.
For all you Alice in Wonderland fans out there, the movie directed by Tim Burton and featuring Johnny Depp as the Mad Hatter, is scheduled to be released March 2010. WOW!! So excited for that!
