General Questions

  • Do you work with people outside of the wedding industry?

    Yes! While we have a lot of experience in the wedding industry, we’ve also worked with everyone ranging from restaurants to photographers to schools.

  • Can I rush my order/project?

    We’d love to see if we can! If you’ve placed an order and would like it to be processed or shipped faster than standard first class, please email us directly at design@wileyvalentine.com. If your project requires immediate attention, please let us know when you inquire.

  • Can you copy an existing design?

    No. We value the time and talent that goes into every design, which is why we will not copy another designer’s work.

  • What is classified as a revision?

    A revision is classified as any change (no matter how small) to the artwork proof that is provided. We do not accept approvals to print with revisions. You’ll always receive a new proof to approve.

  • How long will my project take?

    It really depends. We go through a thorough process to discover who you are whether it’s for branding or invitations. This, in addition, to the proofing stage can take awhile so please let us know early on if your project is time sensitive.

  • What’s it like to work with you?
