I just love this vintage illustration from an old magazine I found! Happy Friday my friends!

My dad brought some of his childhood books over the other day, and this Tin Tin book from 1950 is such a gem!

I couldn’t resist this vintage magazine beauty for todays inspiration to go. Too great right!?

Every once in a while I come across an artists work that simply takes my breath away. Katie Rodgers aka Kathryn Elyse aka illustration genius is one of those people. I have seen bits and pieces of her work in Rue Magazine (check her out in this month’s issue!) but I just got completely lost in her blog, Paper Fashion. Wow is all I have to say. That girl is talented!

I just can’t get over her gorgeous whimsical style and her occasional use of glitter!

And Alice in Wonderland? a girl after my own heart!

You got a peek at the invitations yesterday as well as the gorgeous details of Molly + Max’s wedding. Well today I wanted to show you a bit more of the paper goods we created for this amazing wedding. To start it off here are the invitations you saw, complete with custom liners and the most adorable illustrations by the bride herself.

The watercolor chevron design is actually a gorgeous painting that was graciously provided by the oh so talented Joanna Goss. If you haven’t seen Joanna’s work yet, you must check it out!

As the deadline fastly approaches I thought I would share a few more peeks into my sketchbook for the Sketchbook project. I really love this community art project concept. It allows anyone to tap into their inner artist…makes you feel like a kid again! Love love love!
