Deep Indigo and White Wedding Style

0comments

We recently created the most stunning invitation suite for a couple getting married in Mexico. We used a deep inky indigo blue paired with softer navy watercolor textures and bright white cotton paper. I absolutely love this look. The deep blue lends itself to the ocean blue of Mexico, while the softer water color textures hint at the Mexico skies. It’s such a chic twist on a beachy vibe. Here are my inspirations for that couple along with a photo of the events card we created for them.

I am FINALLY getting around to sharing the details from Piper’s 4th birthday party, Frozen theme of course. Here is sneak peek at the invites and a few of the paper details from the party. There were these great Anna and Elsa silhouette letterpress coasters, and the invites were silver foil on blue card stock. There are so many fun details to share so stay tuned for next Monday where I will reveal more fun photos from the party.

Friday Fun {Tufts + Ombre Oceans}

For today’s Friday Fun post, the inspiration to-go photo is a vintage tufted chair that is in our bar area at my home. Something about the fabric and the vintage beauty that I just love. This photo of the ocean seems to have the most incredible ombre colors. And I am dying to try this raw carrot cake recipe. It looks so moist and delicious!! Have a great weekend!

Hot off the Press {birthday party fab}

I could not wait to share these gorgeous photos that Braedon Photography took of a recent project we did. We worked with the amazingly talented Desiree of Desiree Spinner Events to create custom invitations and day of pieces for her son’s birthday party. Check out the results!

We hand letterpress printed the invitations on a cotton paper. Then flat printed the rest of the pieces which included circle gift tags, menus and cookie tags!

Thanks Desiree for such a fun project and Braedon, thank you for capturing it so beautifully!
