We had the pleasure of co-hosting the most fabulous dinner the other night with the amazing Nili Stevens. The concept, inspired by Jamie Oliver’s Food Revolution Day. Each person brought a dish, and we asked them to think seasonal, fresh and local. And don’t forget the craft beer or wine for the beverage table!
The results were beyond my expectations. Everyone was so excited to share their dish, and the food was absolutely fanatastic!
It was such a fun way to share food, and be with friends.
One of the highlights of the night were the takeaways. OC Produce provided guests with a bounty of gorgeous produce to take home. How amazing is that!? This concept is something you can really do anytime you get together with friends. Encourage each other to shop the farmers markets, think seasonal, and get creative. You will be amazed at the results! Thanks so much Nili for making this a reality! Can’t wait to do it again!
