Mom Monday {healthy recipe ideas}

I think one of the things I get asked the most is “do you have any recipes or ideas for what to cook the kids/baby?”. I myself am in need of some new inspirations, so I thought I would share what I plan on trying in the weeks to come. Piper  is at a fun age now where we really can all eat the same thing. So these recipes were things I thought we would all enjoy!

Something I have been wanting to try for a long time now is Kale Chips…This recipe from one of my new favorite food blogs, Roost Blog has just put me over the edge. Trying these next week!

Piper loves carrots, so I thought this Carrot Soup from Beyond the Plate might be a fun way to mix it up a bit.

Broccoli pesto, how clever! Definitely want to try this from one of my favorite online recipe sources, Green Kitchen Stories.

Piper LOVES Chickpea Burgers so much, that I find myself making them a lot. They are so easy and tasty. I am thinking of trying to add beets to my next batch…will keep you posted. {photo via Wright Food}.

Lastly this Orzo Salad with Broccoli pesto + Avocado via Sprouted Kitchen…yes please!
