I thought I would share the latest inspirations for one of my brides today. Her style is beachy glam mixed with soft ethereal textures and tones. This is one of my absolute favorite styles. I love playing with textures and patterns. Enjoy the inspirations!
I can’t get enough of dusty pinks paired with soft greys. Here are some inspirations I put together for a recent bride. I love the soft lines and delicate touches of pink paired with sleek but still romantic greys.
We recently created the most stunning invitation suite for a couple getting married in Mexico. We used a deep inky indigo blue paired with softer navy watercolor textures and bright white cotton paper. I absolutely love this look. The deep blue lends itself to the ocean blue of Mexico, while the softer water color textures hint at the Mexico skies. It’s such a chic twist on a beachy vibe. Here are my inspirations for that couple along with a photo of the events card we created for them.
I have been pretty obsessed with tiny metallic stars for a while now, and this starry night vibe for a wedding is really getting me. I love the delicate nod to the stars, to a magical evening, while still keeping things classic and chic. From details on the veil to a gorgeous star adorned gown, this is such a fabulous wedding style. And don’t forget tiny metallic foil stars on a vellum wrap around the invitations.
I am completely obsessed with opals. I actually have always had a fondness for them. There is something so magical and mysterious about the way they change colors and embody so many different colors. I am beyond excited to be working with a couple that shares my love for opals. Here are some inspirations I put together for them. Click on the images to shop the post and get the look for yourself!
I love the inclusion of crystals and geodes in weddings but in a an understated elegant way. You know? Rather than those brightly colored, almost artificial looking geode slices, more like beautiful grey and neutrals, subtle details on your tablescape, wedding cake, or even touches in your florals. Love love love!!!
Love being inspired by my creative and beautiful brides. This one is for a very special custom project I am working on right now for a very romantic but modern bride. This color palette and visuals perfectly matches her wedding style. Think delicate florals mixed with lush greenery and the tiniest butterfly. Romantic garden at it’s finest.
I love the idea of using herbs as decor for a wedding or dinner party. They smell fabulous, and if you use the actual plant, they can double as favors for your guests. I love the earthy but chic feel they give to an event. How perfect for a farm to table inspired event right!?
One of my favorite trends among brides right now is the influence of rose gold. I love it because it can be modern, or classic, romantic or vintage, the possibilities are endless. Here are some inspirations I gathered for the Rose Gold Bride including one of my favorite invitation suites we created for a Sterling Social couple.
Hope you have had fun so far, peaking around the new site. One of my favorite things is the “discover your wedding style” feature. What is your wedding style!? Would love to hear what you guys think. And to those who have sent me feedback already, I am so grateful!!
