Norma Jean Valentine

It is with a heavy heart that I write this post today. We lost my beloved grandmother on Sunday. She was such a huge part of my life, and obviously a huge inspiration.

She was such an amazing, graceful, and kind woman. Full of love, laughter and above all, strength.

These are some photos of my grandma and I. I especially love that top photo….unbeknownst to us both this act of artistic creation would inspire and eventually help define who I became as a business woman. Some of my fondest memories are of summers spent in Indiana, doing art projects and crafts together.

One of the greatest gifts was our trip to visit my grandmother last year, and having her meet Piper. I am forever grateful for their meeting. I have comfort in the fact that her name and her memory live on in my company, something I nurture and care for every day. I love you grandma, you will be missed greatly, but also celebrated.
