Having a signature cocktail at your wedding is a no brainer, but choosing that perfect cocktail (or 2) is another story. Why not make the process a party!? Invite your closest friends over, serve mini portions of 6 different cocktails that are in the running alongside some fabulous food. Make the evening casual and fun. Line the table with butcher paper and put jars filled with pens on the table. Encourage your guests to write down their thoughts for each cocktail they taste. At the end of the night, review your butcher paper and see which cocktails were the winners! Sounds like fun right?
