In the Kitchen {kale parmesan chips}

I am working on a super secret, super exciting project so you may see more and more food related posts for Mom Mondays in the weeks to come. To start it off, let’s talk healthy alternatives. Rather than giving your kids potato chips, why not try Kale Chips. Piper loves these and so do we. They are a family favorite. I know, they may sound weird, but I promise they are delicious and super easy!

  1. Yum. Will have to try! Sesame, soy kale chips with toasted coconut are a fave over here – kids and grownups alike. And, awesome of quinoa too.
