Style Lab
This was such a fun experience to work with Angel of Love & Splendor on this faux wedding for the Style Lab photography workshop. The workshop was a collaboration of pure fabulousness Chenin Boutwell and the amazing Wedding Chicks. I worked one on one with Angel to create all the paper delights for the shoot.
Angel was so amazing to work with, her vision was so clear and the details she gave me to work with were delightful. The overall concept was “a quirky and highly stylish couple infuses their wedding with their shared love of science (specifically botany and entomology) and the outdoors.” This was so out of our normal element that I had a blast coming up with the invitations, menus, escort cards, place cards, gift tags and various signs to match her vision.
I adore the little details that were infused, like the hanging light bulbs filled with flowers, as well as test tubes for favors and beakers as vases. So perfect! And that dress!! Oh my!
Thanks so much ladies for letting me help out with such a fun project! Here is the full cast of vendors:

I’m loving the dangling upside-down light bulb vases…just might keep that in mind for my celebration!!
Great collaboration, it has a modern feel yet earthy with all of the colors and flowers. The ‘paper’ assets are right on the mark for the theme!!
Beautiful!
