Joshua Tree Bachelorette Party

Well I can finally spill the beans about this fabulous invite project I worked on with Bash Eco Events and Yes, Please Designs for the brand new issue of Utterly Engaged. This was such a fabulous concept for a bachelorette party. The idea is a camping trip to Joshua Tree, no boys allowed, whisky, personalized flasks, a fabulous food spread and a very relaxed vibe. How fun right!? Well it gets better once you see what this fabulous group of wedding creatives did with the idea.

I adore all the feather details, and check out that food spread! Brilliant! And all of these gorgeous photos are by the amazingly talented erinheartscourt.

Check out these invitations we designed especially for the photo shoot. The idea was each guest would receive a bottle of whisky with a custom label that doubled as the invitation. uecampingjoshuatree2

You really MUST check out the entire article for all the fabulous details and great DIY ideas. This issue is amazing and chock full of inspiration for all you brides-to-be. This was such a fun project and I was thrilled to work with such a talented group. The complete list of creative masterminds behind this genius idea is:

  4. Love the whiskey bottle invites. Have you thought to market these as surprise party invites for guys? I’m already beginning to plan my husband’s 30th b’day for next fall… these would be the perfect accompaniment. There aren’t too many “manly” and cool invites out there- but these certainly fit the bill!

I hadn’t thought of that, but what a great idea! Let me know if you want to use them for your hubbys bday.
