Handmade Mix & Match Vibe
So I am really loving this handmade mix and match vibe I am seeing in so many of the weddings lately. I am just dying to custom design a wedding suite with this same vibe. I love the idea of having a cohesive wedding suite while including different patterns and themes, maybe tying them all together by a similar color scheme…here are some images that are inspiring this look for me right now:
The first photos (state pillows) Weddings by Two via 100 Layer Cake; bridesmaids with pattern fans via Our Labor of Love; the next three photos are from This Young House via SMP. I absolutely love this idea by the way. This complete budget friendly DIY wedding was just brilliant. They asked a local wine merchant to save wine bottles from the week (for free!!). They then used the green ones for water and clear bottles for mint-lemonade, which they labeled appropriately with sharpie. Brilliant! The next five photos are by Josh Goleman via Once Wed; lastly that photo is via Sweet Monday.
