Well after much encouragement from the girls in the office, I am officially taking a few days off, even from my beloved blogging. I am heading off to Hawaii to visit friends with my hubby. In light of this I have decided to leave you with some Hawaii ephemera. This works great as inspiration for [...]

While I would love to say that we fill our studio with fresh flowers daily, that may not be entirely truthful. However in preparation for a photo shoot (more on that later) Emily literally filled the studio with floral arrangements. They were stunning and really create such a peaceful, beautiful atmosphere to work in. We [...]

After seeing the Marie Antoinette post the other day, Jane, our very first employee and quality control extraordinaire, brought me this gorgeous book! It’s a very old book (date unknown) filled with loose pages of hand drawn and painted fashions from mostly the 1800′s! The drawings are so beautiful, the fashions are amazing, and this [...]

I was going through my new Martha Stewart magazine and came across this gorgeous article about calligraphy. It was so visually inspiring, and it reminded me of an older article I had up on my inspiration board. I am definitely creating an invitation suite inspired by this. Stay Tuned! [...]

There is a the coolest hardware store, New York Hardware, nestled just next to Normandy Metal Refinishers. I took a little trip there and was amazed by the amount of inspiration that can come from vintage hardware! Who knew! Michelle, the store owner, has these old hardware displays that are just absolutely to die for! [...]

I stumbled across the most amazing handmade journals by The Blackspot Books the other day while perusing etsy. I am absolutely smitten. There is something so completely magical and unique about a book made from old leather, each with it’s own story. Like the book shown below made from an antique doctor’s bag. The way Margaux describes [...]
