Baby Shower Chic
I attended a baby shower for one of my girlfriends this past weekend, and it was done so beautifully I had to share some photos. First of all the location was a gorgeous house up in the hills of Newport Coast, California, overlooking the ocean. The decor was so clever and sophisticated for a baby shower. It was baby, without being too cutesy. Plus there was an underlying fairy theme, and I adore all things fairy!
The centerpieces were vases filled with apples and baby blocks, wrapped with vines adorned with pages torn out of a fairy book, and arranged at the base. There were moss covered boxes filled with apples as well. Since the sex of the baby is unknown, i thought the green, yellow and brown color palette, was perfect, and the use of apples was gorgeous, eco-friendly (eat them after!), and just perfect!
